Testimonials
Our LO had a major sleep problem from the start. However we waited until quite a long way down the road before we finally decided to talk to a sleep consultant. And we found Tash via word of mouth. She has been absolutely amazing. I was at my wits’ end – hadn’t had a proper night sleep for 9 months and our baby refused to sleep on her own even during the day.
Tash, with her support, knowledge, and brilliant understanding of what each baby needs, has managed to get our little one to follow a routine. She now has 2 naps a day and sleeps on her own in her cot. We have now some time to ourselves during the day while the baby gets the nap she needs and we have our evenings back. It was not easy for me and Tash has held my hand the whole way through. Her visits to see how our little one reacts and what she needs were invaluable. I don’t know how people do it without having the consultant come over as every child has their own needs and associations.
Now I have the confidence when our little one doesn’t want to sleep at first, that I just need to go back to the basics that Tash taught us. I am so grateful. She has done amazing work – and she knows it is not just the baby she is looking after – it is the parents too. Her gentle sleeping method – which is not without “complaints” from the baby (but the baby is never crying out of fear or feeling unsafe) – is great. I now understand by baby’s sleeping needs better and developed the instincts for it. Just know, when she is tired even when she refuses to yawn. Tash is also just a text away and explaining what routine the baby needs and why, so that you learn how to adapt it yourself. It gave me great comfort. Thank you, Tash.

We had major issues with our 2.5 year old who was climbing out of his cot but wouldn’t sleep in a bed. We’d spent months sleeping in his room and a lot of money on “sleep consultants” who didn’t actually get to know our son or even step foot into our house to work with us on solving the issue. I was at my wits’ end when we found out about Tash. The first thing she did was come to our house, spend some time with our son, look at our current routine and gave us a whole new routine. She then stayed and did bedtime with us and continued to monitor him over the next few days, tweaking the plan to suit the current situation. Within three days, our son was sleeping independently in his bed AND not getting out when he woke up, but waiting for us to come and get him. I was absolutely gobsmacked with how quickly and effectively her recommendations worked. I wouldn’t hesistate to recommend Tash to anyone whose child has had issues with sleep and have in fact already recommended her to several people who have also seen positive results. Tash is worth every single penny and takes a very personal approach, giving up her time on weekends, evenings and even early mornings if we needed it. She’s an absolute expert as she speaks from personal experience, having worked with children of all ages for many years. I know I can always call on her for any issue and she will always try her very best to help us.

Amazing recommendation if your little one ever needs any sleep support, saw a few of you guys asking for recommendations a while back. My girl WAS a terrible sleeper and Tash literally saved my life (& probably my marriage too). She’s brilliant with kids, super easy to get on with and I felt really comfortable with her in my home and with her helping getting my daughter to sleep so yeah, just wanted to help any families who may need support and pass on her booklet.

I cannot recommend Natasha highly enough. When I first encountered her services, I was a month into the rollercoaster of new parenthood, overwhelmed and struggling with a baby who simply wouldn’t sleep. Natasha’s approach was immediate and intuitive. She offered to come over and meet my daughter, quickly identifying a milk allergy with just a gentle touch on her tummy. She advised me to see a doctor to confirm and get the appropriate milk, and the difference was instant.
However, the journey didn’t end there. When sleep issues resurfaced, Natasha’s sleep services came to our rescue. She expertly identified the problem and crafted a new routine that transformed our nights. Despite our daughter being naturally a difficult sleeper and the disruptions caused by starting daycare, Natasha remained our steadfast guide. Her deep understanding of babies and parents, coupled with her vast expertise, allowed her to devise a plan to tackle the overtired, restless nights that daycare brought into our lives.
Natasha’s support over the last 18 months has been nothing short of miraculous. Her kindness, non-judgmental approach, and unwavering dedication have been a lifeline. Every plan she crafted was not just a solution, but a beacon of hope and comfort in our parenting journey. If your child has sleep issues, you truly need Natasha in your life. Her presence and expertise will inspire confidence and bring much-needed rest and peace to your family.

Tash has been such a fantastic support to us. She helped transition our son into a bed and has been on hand to help up navigate all the sleep issues we’ve faced. What I think is so special and unique about Tash is that she supports you even after the initial consultation. She is always there to answer questions and her guidance has been invaluable to me. She has a wealth of childcare experience but never forces you to do anything that doesn’t align with your own parenting style. I genuinely couldn’t recommend her enough and feel lucky to have been introduced!

I can’t recommend Natasha enough as a sleep consultant.
I was really struggling with a newborn baby and a 2.5 years old who was waking up 3-4 times a night when I called in Natasha for her expertise.
We started off with a phone consultation where I got a feel for Natasha and her ways of working.
We went for the full dream package which consisted in a night of observation and then a night of recommendations in person. Natasha was patient with us as a family, didn’t judge our approach but was clear in the advice she gave and where we needed to change our routine. We then kept in touch via messages to ensure we were sticking to the plan that Natasha had crafted for us.
It honestly got our toddler sleeping through the night almost immediately. We’ve since been able to look out for signs of over tiredness and under tiredness thanks to what we were taught and have been in touch a couple of times just to check in on what we learnt and ask a couple of questions (more for the baby who has since had some sleep rules put in place too).
Natasha was professional, polite (yet firm) and really clearly cares about children and their wellbeing which is what convinced me in the first place that she’d be the right person to bring in to help. There was no crying to sleep or self soothing methods suggested, which is something that was really important for us as a family.
Just a lot of care, some rules for us, and the confidence to put it in place.
