Sleep Packages
I support families through some of the biggest milestones in early childhood. As a qualified and experienced gentle sleep trainer, I help little ones (and their parents!) find restful routines that truly work. I also guide families through potty training with patience, care, and proven strategies.

With over 18 years’ experience as a qualified nanny and more than 10 years as a gentle sleep consultant, I have dedicated my career to helping families find calm, confidence, and restful nights.
My approach is always gentle and supportive— I do not believe in “cry it out” or controlled crying. Instead, I work closely with families to create personalised, practical sleep plans that suit each child’s individual needs and family routines.
Every child is unique, and no two plans are ever the same. I’ll guide you step by step, offering hands-on support where needed, so you can feel back in control, confident, and able to enjoy those precious evening hours again.

Potty training can feel overwhelming at first, but it doesn’t have to be. The key is recognizing when your child is ready and aware, helping them respond in time to make it to the potty, and handling accidents with patience. Along the way, it’s important to encourage independence so your child can gain confidence and develop healthy habits that last.
With my guidance and experience, I can provide you with the skills and support you need to feel confident as parents throughout the potty training journey. Together, we’ll work toward the ultimate goal—a happy, confident, and fully toilet-trained child.
The following pricing is based on locality in North-West London and Hertfordshire.
Pricing will increase slightly if outside of these areas.
The prices below are applicable for one child.
If you are a parent of multiples (i.e. twins/triplets), I only offer the Slumber Package.
Siblings would need their own package.

Snooze
£60
This package includes a 30-minute phone call and this service is for parents who would like to discuss their sleeping issues and will be offered advice and strategies to improve or tweak what isn’t currently working.
Sleepyhead
£250
This service involves three weeks of support. This includes a one-hour phone call, a personalised sleep plan and three follow up e-mails within the three-week period.
Slumber
£400
This service involves four weeks of support. This includes an initial phone call and one home visit beforehand to observe and discuss any tweaks or changes to the current bedtime routine (parents to e-mail current routine before the visit). This is then followed up with a personalised sleep plan and a second visit after two weeks to review and make any further changes in order to optimise results. Through the four-week period, parents also receive WhatsApp support and two hours’ worth of phone call support.
Dream
£520
This service involves six weeks of support. This includes an initial phone call and one home visit beforehand to observe and discuss any tweaks or changes to the current bedtime routine (parents to e-mail current routine before the visit). This is then followed up with a personalised sleep plan and a second visit at any stage to review and make any further changes in order to optimise results. It also includes three one-hour phone calls, six weeks of WhatsApp support, and one further visit if required.
How the home visits work
I will come to your house and observe dinner time – at this stage, I will take a backseat approach. I will then observe bath and bedtime as you would normally do it. Following bedtime, I would advise any initial adjustments to make immediately based on this observation. This could be anything from timings to bedroom layout or any unnecessary stimulation. I would then ask you to try these changes for three days, and then review/update via WhatsApp. I will then e-mail a new routine based on the outcome of these initial adjustments.
